Policies

Please note:

1. 48 hours notice is required for all reservations, room requests, equipment requests, & catering orders. All Food and Beverage requests must be submitted 1 week prior to the event. Please note the system will not accept orders with less than 48 hours notice. 

2. A thirty minute buffer is built into the system between reservations. If you are unable to book a room that appears to be open it may be due to this buffer. Please contact the Conference Center with questions. 

3. If you are having difficulty logging into the system, placing orders, etc., please review the instructions for Cater Trax located on the main page of the Conference Room Reservation link on Mercy Central. 

4. Please note that only one reservation can be submitted at a time. For questions with entering multiple requests, please contact the Conference Center Staff.

5. Cancellations: Same day cancellations will be fully charged to the department. Special orders/events will be charged if unable to cancel with the food purveyor prior to delivery.

6. For each reservation submitted, you must select a room. The conference center staff cannot select a room for you. Please verify that a room is available in Net Calendar in Cater Trax prior to attempting to submitting a request.

7. Conference Services controls only the following Four Rooms. McAuley 1 & 2 which book as one room, McAuley 3, Weinberg Dublin. If these rooms are booked conference services has no other room option available.
